Train to Win
When it comes to competition, Master Instructor Hill has the winning background to get you to the winner's circle. Our Dojang is full of 1st Place and Grand Championship Trophies that Master Hill has won throughout his Martial Arts career.
Not just TaeKwonDo tournaments, but in many different Open Style Tournaments, Master Hill has competed against countless disciplines and came out on top. A highlight of his competition career is that he has always taken 1st place in every tournament and this experience is passed on to his students for them to do the same.
Master Hill has even trained his students to win in MMA Matches and they came home with the Gold Medal even though MMA isn't part of our program.
Learn how to become a winner by training with winners.

Throughout Master Hill's 49 years of Martial Arts experience, he has trained and cross-trained in many disciplines. At the early age of 5 years old, he started in Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan and earned his black belt by the age of 10. At 10 years old, he switched to TaeKwonDo Moo Duk Kwan where he has remained ever since.
Master Hill spent 10 years of his TaeKwonDo career working with one of his favorite instructors who was 'Old School' Moo Duk Kwan and a Vietnam Veteran in the United States Marine Corp. This night-by-night training, sparring with someone of such calibre, provided Master Hill with priceless experience that he passes on to all of his students.
Along the way, Master Hill put himself through the Police Academy for the sole purpose of understanding the boundaries his law enforcement students were limited to so that he could help them be more effective on the job. He built relationships with master instructors in other arts and cross-trained in several Japanese and Okinawan styles with these instructors. He spent many years teaching in a school that had an MMA program and he trained MMA participants in TaeKwonDo techniques as well as grappled with them in competition preparations. It is experience like this that makes him well aware of what to expect from others in the fighting ring, no matter their discipline.
Master Hill has kept a 43 year long relationship with Grand Master Shin of Nashville, TN and has spent countless hours working one-on-one with him perfecting techniques, training in advanced poomsae, and learning the deep meanings and cultural histories of TaeKwonDo. It has been Master Hill's desire to pass on all of this great experience to his students and see the Legacy of his beloved art live on in each generation he works with.
